Summit Fleet respects the privacy of our individual users and has developed this Privacy Policy Statement to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy Statement is intended to describe for you, as an individual user of the app, which is controlled and operated by Summit Fleet, the personal information that is collected, how that personal information may be used, how such personal information may be protected, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. Summit Fleet may collect personal information on your behalf such as the name and e-mail address of the individual user.

Summit Fleet needs such personal information to assist in the operation of Summit Fleet's app to ensure delivery of such services that the individual user may require. The intended Summit Fleet services may include, but is not limited to:

keeping track of active units assigned to the app user;
keeping track of latest sold unit assigned to app user;
keeping track of the on-order unit assigned to app user;
keeping track of all Summit Fleet cards that have been assigned to app user, including last four numbers of the card, expiry date, and status;
keeping track of vehicle details such as license plates and expiry date;
submitting vehicle odometer reader and driver business/personal usage;
Summit Fleet related contact details;
vehicle safety code lists;
contact to road side assistance
reminder notifications; and
any other services that Summit Fleet may provide to the individual user, now and in the future.

Protection of Personal Information

Summit Fleet shall endeavor to apply all reasonable commercial efforts to protect and keep such personal information private and confidential at all times. Personal information shall never be disclosed or shared without the permission or express consent of the individual user, except for the conditions set out in Section 6 of this Statement. Summit Fleet shall further endeavor not to sell or give away such personal information to any outside third party.

Third Party Access

Any third party access to such personal information shall be under a strict confidentiality agreement between Summit Fleet and the third party, and such agreement will be under reasonable requests to fulfill any outsourced services related to the services, maintenance or enhancement of the app or customer portal.

Summit Fleet shall take all appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure in order to ensure that your choices for its intended use is honoured. This Privacy Policy Statement does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of Summit Fleet's app.
